The Deal

Singer/songwriter Pat Predd finds his musical home in well-spun, creative rock. With influences like Counting Crows, John Mayer and Dave Matthews, his knack for creative melody and lyric have garnered him a steady following in his adopted hometown in metro Detroit.

Predd's pop-rock roots started early. Piano lessons at an early age fostered a knack for chord structure and harmonies that blossomed as a teen when he first stumbled upon an acoustic guitar. Several high school rock bands and a deep desire to study music conflicted with a decision to pursue a "professional" career and a 4 year degree ensued. The songwriting bug continued to fester.

Pat released his first EP "Goodbye Easy" in 2008 and followed up with his second EP "Push" in 2012. The title track from his 2012 release garnered him a finalist spot in the ISSE Singer/Songwriter of the Year.

Predd's textures of pop and rock influences give birth to a blend of melodies, harmonies, and instrumentation with wide appeal. His singer/songwriter style delivers verses that are both melodically and lyrically engaging, building to catchy, often soaring choruses.

Equally at home at large venues and intimate performance spaces, Pat has showcased his talents in a variety of formats, including an on-air appearance on the radio show of internationally renowned and best-selling author and journalist Mitch Albom.
